Allulose and monkfruit
We use a proprietary blend of allulose and monkfruit to sweeten our liqueurs. Monkfruit is a natural sweetener with 250 times more sweetness than regular cane sugar. And because it’s metabolized differently in the human body, there’s no effect on blood sugar, which can help improve glycemic control, and it doesn’t contribute any calories. Allulose is a clean sweetener with a taste like sugar but very few calories and has zero effect on blood glucose or insulin.
