3 oz Fresh Orange Juice
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1-2 oz Premium Soda Water
Method: Build everything but the soda directly in the glass with ice. Pour into a tin once and back into the glass. Top with soda and ice.

Method: In a cocktail tin, muddle the mint and the syrup. Add the cucumber
juice with ice and shake. Add soda directly to the tin and double strain over
ice.

Garnish: Mint bouquet and dehydrated lime slice
* Use a centrifugal or masticating juicer for the cucumber juice. Wash the cucumber well and do not peel. Once juiced, strain and bottle. Keep refrigerated for 4 days.
